Going out and eating out is too much fun to do but we forgot about what to eat or not, this is how we got food poisoning thats really sucks, if you ever got this type of things.
well food safety is important to do whenrer you go to restraunt and after placing order, please wash out your hands, probably the dirtiest thing is menu card there.
and keep in mind which kinda food doesn't suit ya. dont be greedy, spicy thing may destroy your stomach acid and leads to food poisoning. this is why I always suggest to eat good thing.
whatever you love to eat just don't forget to make enjoy
