At the same time when we buy raw vegetables then make sure that it should be good fresh, should not be rotten or smelling bad. Before preparation wash it nicely to remove its dirts and germs if any. When we have all raw materials in good condition then it should be prepared in clean and hygienic environment. The utensils used for preparation should be properly cleaned and in good condition. Cooks and food handlers should be checked for FFI(free from infection). They should not have any problem or any infectious diseases which may transfer to others through food. They should be perfect to prepare good and tasty food with all the appropriate ingredients. We should consume the prepared food within the day ony, not to be preserved for the use of next day which may develop germs and that is not healthy to consume. Use the gas stove carefully while food preparation and take its all precautions measures while operating.


Our dining place or where we eat the food that should be neat and clean.Ambience should be good with well surrounding area.Use properly washed and well cleaned crockery for dining purpose. Use fresh and clean water for drinking and cooking. Take full time to eat the food slowly which will be easy to digest. So we should follow all these tips for the food safety measures and can have the always healthy food.
