We causally go out for eating food in restarunts .but we don't check this things which may cause us health deffects .
1 we don't check the quality of food .it is most important thing so please check before it.
2 check whether it is fresh or not .
3 ask them if you feel any doubt about the food .
so please check this things while eating in hotels or restaurents .eat good and quality food stay healthy.
