In this world every human is either buyer or seller of any particular product.Consumer is the person that consume product what they bought from seller and consumer is the king in this marketing world because without consumer satisfaction no any company going to be very big or anything else good for them.Consumer have rights to fight against fraud or damage product from company.In India there are lot of rights for consumer to protect from hazardous product, consumer can take strong action against company.Consumer have right to inform, right to safety, right to choose e.t.c. and in India there are lot of consumer court in regional area as well as urban area so that consumer can easily complain and take any action against product company.
