I am prescribing my own treatment, As per my routine for eye care. Firstly take two glasses and put that on plain surface. Fill water, glasses full of water. Dip your eyes onto it, again and again. This process may continue to five minutes in the morning times. Then after this put warm cloth on your eyes. This process should contine before sleep. Keep eyes away from harmful medicines. Try to wear good company's sunglasses. Keep your eyes in rest position or close your eyes for two minutes in and after every one hour. Please continue this process continue to one week.
