Eye is our one and most main organ of all the 5 organs that have in our body was gifted by good in the human body. In the use of eyes we see our all natural beauty, the beauty of the sun, the use of eye we have to observed and watched all the things all the creature in the earth .without eyes we could not live so, the eyes is the most important organ in our body. We have to take care of the eyes. How to we take care here I am going to some importants tips here it is. Clean your eyes : -as we clean and wash our faces out mouths in various kinds of face wash here it we have to wash and clean our eyes with could water not in hot water 2or 3times in a day. Other wise you have to come your eyes many problems. You have to do it everyday. It keeps our eyes save and secure form the various eye diseases.

Keep rest eyes : -you also take rest your eyes. Don't keep work or study or watch TV and mobile phones and also in such kind of things continuesty it not attractive and concentrate your mind and eyes of yours. it effects the eyes. So, you have to take a proper sleep rest for your eyes. It concentrated the mind, the parts of the body and also the eyes.

Do not watch TV to very near of your eyes : -we are not well known to about the matter and we are watched TV and mobiles and things to very close of our eyes long times. If you not careful in the matter then you also have to loses your eyesight very young age may have to taken sunglasses also.
