So my uncle in law have a problem of Sinus and have been completely managing with from past 5 years by keeping in mind some things which proved to be a great help for him. I would like to share this with u all guys. Some steps that are need to be taken are
1) Try not to drink cold water, eat Ice creams, Curd, Pickles as much as possible.
2) Keep yourself away from Dust & smoke and things like fragnance & aggarbaties.
These are some of things that should be brought in to manage the problem of sinus.
