I am also a patient of sinus and I take homeopathic medicine. but as you all know that homeopathic medicines works to slow. Here is a Quick tips
You need to go and take the fresh air and little bit of walking.
You need to talk to someone in the open air( balcony, open field) .
Never take allopathic medicines because they stuck ur cough into your chest. Don't go for any medicines who told u that u will cure in just 1 minutes. They just freeze a the cough on ur chest.
Just go out and take some natural air. That is what I do
