When I get the sinus it pains neck and hears.
While eating anything at pains and irritation
And head becomes hot .Eyes swells.
As per my experince.
Side effect of sinus are: -
-Forehead warm.
Solution at home-
Drink more water as u can. ( it will pain)
add hot spice in your food like Mustard , hot peppers and Curry ( this will open ur nasal passage mean ur neck )
and last go to doctor.
