We all need food to live but nicely cooked meal make anyone happy. Cooking can be very interesting and good way to learn new food items and it can give you pleasure with delightful food. There are some ways which can make cooking more fun way and can make our food nutritious yet delicious.
Preparation is the first step to learn. If your keep everything ready and washed before you. It saves time and fuel, as you dont waste your time looking for ingredients needed. Actually you should plan in advance what to cook so that you have everything in your stock.
Try to use fresh vegetables and meat as fresh is more healthier and taste much better than frozen items.
Try to use limited oil and spices and garnish your food with green coriander leaves and black pepper. Less oily food is easy to digest and less spicy food does not make acidity. 4. If you have any health problem then choose your cooking oil wisely. Nowadays healthy and light cooking oils are easily available such as olive oil, mustard oil, sunflower oil etc. These oil improve heart health and boost energy.
For cooking you use use everything in right proportion. As if some spice is more or less it can spoil the taste of your food. Try to consume less salt.
Before cooking wash your veggies or meat properly with clean water and also your hands must be fully clean before cooking.
If you have microwave you can make many easy veg and non veg things with healthy marination. You will eat less oil and spice this way and microwave cooking is very simple.
