Tip1. Add more garlic paste to have good flavour and aroma while you cook non-veg
Tip 2. Cover the pan with lid and allow more time to cook in a slight temperature while preparing non-veg
Tip 3. Add 2-3 spoon of fenugreek seeds while making dosa batter to make it tasty
Tip 4. Don't put mustard seeds and cumin seeds before the oil gets hot, it may ruin the east flavour of it.
Tip 5. If u cut brink all for cooking and keep, it turns black so to avoid this put some salt in water and keep the brink all in it, this will not turn them black.
