No matter whatever company you are running you need some quality employees to run it successfully.But do you know finding a right employee is not an easy task.you have to follow a hecty process to find the right employee.in my uncle's showroom when he was choosing the employees I along with few other persons was given the opportunity to choose the employee of his showroom.so from that experience I want to tell you about how to choose the employees for your company.
SOME ADVICES - first of all check his or her'resume' then find the whole information about him and judge him accordingly by asking questions from his'resume'.this is the first thing to know about him another thing is to give him situations regarding the work and then see his capability to work.
second thing is to choose an employee who is having a good experience and then ask him why he left his earlier job and if he blames for leaving his previous job to his previous company then you must know that he is not the right employee because if he can't respect the one with whom he worked with then how can he respect whom he will wok in his later life.
while taking his interview tell him about the salary he will be given and if he is satisfied by the salary.one more thing give him a chance to ask questions about the company.
two very important questions to answer to any employee while choosing him -
1)-why he wants to join this particular company and how can he prove to be an asset or the company.
2)-there are thousands of people waiting in line for this single post so why only he should get this job from those thousand. what is so special in him that distinguishes him from the rests.
believe me these are some awesome steps to choose employees and in my uncle's showroom also the employees are very good in all aspects and is slowly growing with a very fast speed
