I have fitted sony xplod cd/mp3 player with aux in at front panel in my WagonR Vxi with pioneer speakers at front and at rear panel. I was not getting satisfactory sound, may be due to incorrect combination of speakers and system.(I was unaware of it or misleaded by the dealer). I was unable to change the system. Hence while trying something different I managed to connect MP3 player of my nokia N 73 to the car stereo through the aux input of the system. Headphone cable of the phone is devided into two parts. I have used one of them and a cable having pins at both ends. Now the experience is totally different and very very good. It woked exceptionally well for me. However I am getting slight Sh. like sound from speakers which I have reduced to a considerable level with the help of equilisers of explod as well of MP3 player of my N 73. I am satisfied with this combination. Another plus is that when I receive any call while driving, I can attend it through speaker phone only by pressing a button and my hands remain free. After end of the call the MP3 player starts again automatically. Is anybody there who has attempted this or anything like this? I would like to share. Please respond.
