I have purchased an audio system from Naaptol, it never worked and when contacted Naaptol customer services they gave just excuses and wasted my three months. Later on they told me to send the product back under warranty. However, after sending back the product those people never replaced it and even started to cut my phones.
After a lot of emails and phones they people told me that will send me refund. I awaited for refund and they made me refund of rs. 150 (hundred and fifty only) instead of rs. 2300 telling that this product costs rs. 150 only.
Very disappointing experience from Naaptol.
