Pathetic Service. Unprofessional Attitude.
I booked a cab for 8 hrs for Rs 2000. As per discussion I was supposed to pay Rs 175 for every extra hour. So when I finished my trip driver started asking Rs 1200 for an extra hour.Most disgusting part is, customer care also supported this nonsense.
When I refused to pay that unfair amount both of them started started threatening with police. Driver went to police and I dont know what happened there, he came back at 4 O'clock in the morning and asked me to pay the fair amount Rs 2300.Advice to the owner of celcabs: Correct your staff and policy, else celcabs will run out of business.
