I booked a taxi on 7th evening of January 2009 for a taxi with cel cabs for journey on 8th January 2009 morning 9 am. At 8.30 am ON 08.01.2009 I called up and asked vehicle details as no message has come to my mobile regarding the vehicle.
I was told that the information is being sent. I contacted at 08.45 and 08.55 and was told that vehicle is being sent. At 9am the reporting time I again contacted the operator. To my dismay I was told that the vehicle is not available and can be sent after one hour. I could not attend an important interview because of this irresponsible cab operator.
Had this operator informed his inability in advance I would have arranged transport from some other source. Even on reminding my booking details I was told that the vehicle will report on time. It seems there is lack of co-ordination and lack of communication in the agency. They are not fit to be engaged for any important assignments.
