I booked a domain with net4india. Their sales person was helpful and called me back to clarify one of my doubts. Their website https://net4india.com is good and easy to navigate but because it is a beta version, downtime on some modules is high. To login to your page in the website, you need a CRN# , which is difficult to remember
They charge a premium over other companies for domain registration. However, my discontent started once I had paid for the services. I could not get their helpdesk/support. They did not register my domain till 10 days after receiving my money despite committing to register within 3 working days. And I had to follow up for registering the domain.
Once you do reach a support staff, they are helpful. The biggest problem is to reach a support staff. I raised an issue on the subject of being unable to reach a support staff, but there was no satisfactory response. I will look for some other service provider. I will not go back to them.
