Now a days body fitness is very important . in order to maintain a fit we go to gym . I went to gym at the age of 19 for three years . while doing gym several suppliements are given in the gym centre for maintain a good body . firstly powder is given to me asked to take with a milk every day . I have took 7days and I felt loose motion . suddenlt I was tired . hence please I advice not to take a powder or capsules given in the centre since it has a certain side effects . by taking that powder we feel veri heat in body and gets too much of hunger . certain times wimiting also takes place . firstly use for 15days and use it cintonuosly work hard eat clean and gettting sexy
