Body Building Suppliments

99% of all supplements don't work, and will actually STOP your body from gaining muscle mass. Most weight gaining courses are based on theories ''so and so'' said that all rely on buying lots of supplements and eating incredibly un-healthy foods. 1 They never reveal proven strategies that show exactly how to go from skinny to buff without wasting lots of your time in the gym and without forcing you to eat lots of un-healthy supplements. 2 They don't discuss the most vital part of gaining muscle for the natural Athlete! (Which is keeping your Testosterone levels as high as possible!)

Even though body-builders will promote weight gainers and crappy products like that... when it comes down to competition time they stop all supplement intake 4 weeks before competition! Supplements just don't work as good as a proper diet of whole foods! (Creatine and L-Glutamine being the only exceptions ) Just because you shove a bunch of food down your throat doesn't mean your body will digest it and turn it into muscle mass! In fact, eating a bunch of un-healthy high calorie foods like ''weight gainer'' or ''meal replacement powders'' will stunt your digestion, making it impossible to get ripped! Guess what most Meal Replacement Powders are made of? Malto dextrin ! Otherwise known as cornstarch! Many experts tell you not to eat large quantities of starchy carbohydrates or simple sugars as a means of avoiding getting fat.

Yet the meal replacement powders and weight gainers they endorse contain the majority of their calories from starch and simple sugar! ( If you don't believe me go look at the ingredients of any weight gainer or meal replacement powder right now!) To Put It Simply: If you don't stop listening to everyone trying to sell supplements and meal replacement powders (MRP's) you'll stay just as bony, scrawny, & un-attractive as you are right now. Stick to a proper diet .Believe in yourself and you could do wonders.
