I have been going to gym from last 2 months in my college. See I personally think body building is not everyones cup of tea. If you are really passionate then only you can sustain otherwise you see leaving it in 10 days.
Now comes suppliments. Lets not go to some powder admixtures or adulterated proteins. I tell you some really healthy and natural way of suppliments.
See you need to eat egg daily. Atleast 5 a day. Then go for banana. 6 would be bench mark. Now you might be knowing about beet. In india its often termed as chukandar. It increases your blood.
If you are a non vegie then my friend eat maximum of chicken and neat. Drink milk every morning and at night. My elder cousin had same diet. He has a saade sola ka dola. As described in gym language.
