Hi Guys,


As we are moving ahead in this era we notice that everyone around us is getting health conscious. Most of the youngsters are getting attracted towards Boody building.


If we see the scenario then 7 out of 10 people are willing to get big muscular body. For this they do workout on biceps, triceps, abbs, etc.


But to get instant results they are getting attracted towards body building supplements.


I have never supported the intake of supplements for body building so I will not recommend you guys to consume such kind of drugs for body building.


Let me give you detailed explanation for the same:


1) Body building supplements are processed proteins and after consuming them they directly get mixed with your blood in the body and make your blood thick.


2) After getting dissolved in the body when you start workout your viens starts reacting and they get pumped out easily but this leads to decrease in stamina.


3) Some of supplements carry high amount of processed ingredients ( chemicals) which can lead to heart disease and can also affect your manlyness.


Alternative to body building supplements:


I will tell you about my own natural diet which I follow because I saw one of my friend who had consumed supplements for 2 months and he got well shaped body in a short span of time but after stopping the consumption of supplements he has lost all his physic within a month.


Let me highlight my natural diet:


1) Early morning after finishing your natural calls you should drink 1 litre of water and then give a break of 15 minutes and then you should do a intake of 50 grams of Kala Chana.


2) After that give a break of 30 minutes at least and then take 4 bananas with boiled milk or you can take any diary product as per your preference. What I take is either milk or yogurt.


3) Now give a break of 40-50 minutes and then have your normal breakfast.


4) In day time take your normal diet such as snacks and lunch. But in dinner eat little then your requirement but don't starve because at night our body is not in movement so it will store all fats if you eat over at night. Before going to bed take 2 spoons of Aamla powder which will help you in healthy digestion.
