You might be be wondering why the mileage of your bike degrades over time. There are a couple of reasons which makes which happen like rough use, and carelessness.
These are my tips to maximize the mileage of your bike:
( 1) Do not accelerate and decelerate un necessarily. Not only does it put load on the engine, but also degrades the tyre.
( 2) Change the gear in accordance with the speed. Generally, the sound from the engine will let you know when you have to change the gear.
( 3) Do not put cheap fuel inside the fuel tank. Get it filled only from a genuine petrol station.
( 4) Turn off the engine when not in use. It will not only save your fuel but also help control pollution.
( 4) Send your bike to the service center every once in a while. say 3 months or more, depending on how much you use it.
( 5) Avoid bumpy roads as much as possible. and always try to travel through flat roads.
