With a positive side their is also a negative one too. With this their are many apps which harm you device or can steal your valuable data, which can be very costly to you.

USEFUL: You may download many apps on your device but only a few lasts, as many of them are not at all used by you for a long time, as they were downloaded for a short instant when you needed them. So you must uninstall all those apps which are not useful to you at all, may be they are a trap in order to steal you valuable data.

RATINGS: By ratings we can get an idea of that particular thing, same happens with android apps, you should see the ratings and the comments of the users by which the app is already used before you. By that you can get an idea of the app like whether it is useful, safe or not, like that.

TRUSTED DEVELOPER: You may see various applications on the platform like play store, but only few are their which are trust worthy, their are many symbols or badges given by the platform by which you can easily identify a top developer or a trusted developer.

PERMISSIONS: This is the most important part many people get knocked here only. Whenever you download an application there is a pop-up which tells you about all the permissions you need to grant to the application so that it may function at it's best. But many of them do not even read the permission they are giving to the application, and somewhere in between their may be an permission which the app is asking in order to use your personal data, or to store your data, which may not be good if the app is not from a trusted developer, which in return can harm you, which may be very much costly to you.
