All of a sudden it happens to a school boy after his board exam results of 10nth class, a search of some good college where he can pursue his 10+2 and achieve his dreams comes true. But, to treat patients and their diseases one must study medicine course, like wise to argue for someone allegation one must study law course and be an advocate. So, we find that for some careers making one must obtain that specific degree and for some careers no need of educational achievements.

Let me tell you what is education and educational achievements. Education is a study of subjects to obtain knowledge and obtain certificates. Educational achievements is beyond educational achievements what we find best personalities like sigmund freud, einstein, newton, boolean, etc., well, sometimes for educational achievements there might be no need of a very strong and high standard education, because there are unforgettable personalities like great mathematician ramanujam, who had not obtained the necessary education support but even then he has made educational achievements in mathematics. We must understand under the present day circumstances there is a lot of priority and pressurized competence in education because with an aim of career achievements. A career achievement is exactly like to be a reputed doctor, famous engineer, effective manager, status oriented administrative officers and public service officers, to earn a lot of monies, buildings, assets, cars, servants, etc... I think this is quietly a perverted career achievement. Because almost all the professional courses like medicine, engineering, even 5yrs integrated law course, pharmacy course, all of them can be done only after obtaining 10+2.

But life is not a bed of roses!! to become some doctor, engineer, etc.. is not soo easy. Friends, you must remember that one has to appear and get a successful rank in the entrance examination that are conducted by various state and central bodies for admission into professional colleges in different states. But there a lot of damage is happening in this process of 10+2 and further process of getting into professional courses. A bunch of matters are to be discussed in this regard. Let me put them in point wise as follows:

1)the 10+2 education has become just conventional in its appearance and functioning. Perhaps am not sure of some

exclusive institutions.

2)most 10+2 students are deprived from getting experience with a handful of practicals

3)no proper infrastructure in laboratories and just one or twice demonstrated practicals to atlarge students wont prove its importance.

4)there is no federal system of education. I mean every state is following its own mind boggling rules and regulations making the students take risk of inter state shuffling.

5)professional ethics have become just mere law of book. 6)a hell of imbalance in the allocation of seats and

arrangement of colleges.

7)there must be more number of professional colleges. there should not be any professional outgoing percentage restrictions. well, if it is so necessary it must be reasonable.

8)political means and political ends should not be curbed with the educational policies. Ultimately I say that ''Human welfare is to be the top priority of every nation. Its possible to sustain Human Welfare only when we sustain human race. its possibile to sustain human race only when humans are provided proper professional education, just career, social justice and achievements.
