I too like Member Sudha Parikh did not find a catageory , even requested MS but to no vail so included my article like Member Sudha Parikh in this category

CHEESE BALLS:

INGRIDENTS:

4 Cubes of Cheese(Amul)or of your choice

4 table spoon Butter

5 Spoon Maida(White Flour)

2 cups of water

3/4 teaspoon Chillie Powder

2 Eggs

Pinch of Salt(as most of the cheese available is salty anyways)

Ghee for frying

METHOD

Scrape the cubes of cheese and add the Maida , chillie powder & salt and keep aside.

In a vessel heat water along with the butter. On boiling point add all the mixed ingridents and keep stiring continously to form a thick paste , keeping in mind there are no lumps formed in the dough. Then add the 2 eggs and keep stiring vigoursly. The process takes about 10min.

Remove from fire and let cool.

Make small balls from thew paste and keep ready for frying

In another frying vessel heat the ghee and fry the balls till golden brown. Cheesy Balls , rellay yum for the ones with a cheesy Bud....... Serve Hot.

The paste could be stored back in refrigerator if you do not utilse the entire paste at one go.

This paste can also be put on bread and had has Cheese toast.

Easy and fast for our bachealors makes a great treat for the family.

Serves 5 persons
