I'm actually a slim person but my thighs are so fat.When I select small size for my tops I've to go for more than 34' for my jeans .That also too tight. Want to reduce my thighs.Any advice on what to do for this?
Will cycling or treadmill help.If yes can you guys help me with the specifications?And also how many times I've to do this
FYI-Im 163 cm tall and 63kg and I feel half of the weight will be from my thighs. It appears so big and falbby:( Anybody please help me out
