I am music lover and have bought many earphones till date. So I would like to share my experience with you people.
There are three types of earphones manly
1) In ear
2) over year
3) on-ear
According to me In ear are the best ones because they naturally provide noise cancellation and they don't slip also.
But is you are person who listens to music for long hours then these can be painful . If you are that kind of person you should by over year type.
Now lets come to the companies, I have experienced a lot of companies among them which I find are good and reliable are

sennheiser
So that is all you need to know to buy earphones.
