I had ordered three phones on 22 Jan and paid amount close to RS 13500 through my credit card. I got a call to send the scanned copy of my CC and my ID proof. I declined to send the copy of the CC but sent a copy of ID proof.
Like so many people here, I do feel that I have been duped of my hard earned money. They have not delivered any of the product citing VENDOR problem. What the ??
They are not even cancelling the order and saying that they have not received any mail from my side. Even though I have got a mail stating compliant no.
The less said about their Customer care jokers is better.
I regret not reading Mouthshut reviews about Timtara before placing the order.
Now I want to know Isn't there anything we suffered people can do about these cheaters???
