This is to bring to your kind notice that inspite of having balance in the account, airtel cable is not working and showing error 6. We have recharged our account 1 week ago and still the connection is not working and amount is being deducted on daily basis. This is not acceptable at all.Also as per instruction given by toll free no. we have forwarded message "HR" to 54325 but the problem still exist.I am feeling that local cable services are far better than airtel services.
Airtel being a brand name, I accept much better customer support .please fix this as soon as possible.
