I ordered a Philips Go Gear 2GB MP3 Player on 21-03-2011 in Timtara and got a philips bread toaster delivered on 25th March 2011. when I raised the issue, I got a call from th customer care the next day saying that they will arrange for pickup which eventually happened on 28 th March, for which I was asked to write a letter with the details etc .
for the delivery of the actual product, it took multiple follow ups to get this delivered on 4th April.during the followup, the customer care was claiming that they had to check with the merchant, the merchant is busy due to the year end etc.
This gives me a feel that they are not properly organized / partnered and end of it, the customer has to suffer even if there is a delay/problem from their end .
Though the customer care executive did follow a little. I didn't see them have a professional approach in the activity they do.
Hope they will improve their service quality one day and partner with the right merchant.
