I placed an order and waited for 2 months but nvr got it. Payment was made but customer service said its in high demand and always said wait for 7-10 days. Finally I got upset and cancelled the order. Refund is way overdue and yet all they say is we will escalate to the department concerned. Supervisers are always busy in a meeting.
They say you will receive a call or email in 24 hrs but till date after having almost 17-18 calls, I have nvr received an acknowledgement. I feel so cheated and I am looking for what options I have left cz these people are making me beg for my own money.
