Worst Customer Service After Getting Payment. Review on Timtara

I ordered HTC One X with my credit card paying Rs. 27, 990 on December 12, 2012, from https://timtara.com. Order #10368116. I failed to see the review before ordering as this site was mentioned in the Google online shopping festival deals.

I thought this must be a good site believing Google, but when I did not get any reply for my queries/complaints raised in the site regarding the order, I just tried to search in Google and I found out this is a fraud website and the same thing has happened to many innocent customers.  My order is still in Awaiting Shipment status. Now, I am confused as to whether I should wait for 3 weeks for delivery of the product or should I fill dispute form in bank. Hope, they deliver the product on time..

I would try to spread my dissatisfaction to as many as I can and try to save them from this fraudster. If I get this product on time and if I am satisfied with its service, I will think they have bettered themselves and will share my experience.  But if not and if I become one of the other frustrated customers of timtara.com, I am planning to share my bad experience with this website and flash its real color wherever I can including facebook, twitter, youtube, etc., as well as in all online shopping sites in product reviews I will mention about this fraud site and even I will mention this in my Yahoo messenger status message about this website and will make sure I help at least some innocent customers and keep them out of all this.

I am surprised to see how this website is still running after these many complaints almost everywhere.  I think the best thing we can do to stop the site is by reaching some local as well as national news channels seeking help to expose this site, which I will definitely past 3 weeks from the date of order.
