I placed an order on timtara.com on 9th October for a Nokia X2 after I came to know about the website from American Express.
The product was damaged during shipping and was returned on 24th October.
I was promised refund in 5 days and now more than one month has passed.
Still no refund and the call center promises that refund would occur in 2-3 days every time.
I have called more than 10 times.
Also the phone was shipped with just bubble wrap which result in damage during the shipping through blue dart courier.
I am highly surprised how this company is surviving in such a competitive online marketplace.
This is a company which could close anytime so you might lose your money. Online shopping is on trust which is lacking with timtara.com
I have lost my money and don't want any other person to lose their money.
