I wrote to Raja & customer service with notice that either ship my product right away OR cancel the order, otherwise I am going to file charge back against them.

Raja told me that they dont have any option to cancel the order and no way to refund the money. I sent him with screenshot of his site FAQ which says that if order is not yet shipped, customer can cancel it and take full refund. I am sure there is something fishy, as there are so many negative reviews for them on this site and on their facebook they actively delete negative comment, but users are still sharing their page and writting negative about them. Thats why you will see alot of share of their page.

Raja didn't reply to my last mail, so I am filling charge back with my bank today.

It was my worst online buying experience.

Hi Guys,

I do online shopping regularly and still I fell into trap!

TimTara requier 20 working days for delivery of order, now 20 working days is 1 month. Considering that they consider Monday to Friday except public holidays as working days. Now, one would wonder why they take 20 working days when other sites like Letsbuy, flipkart, ebay. deliver within few working days.

TimTara customer care is worst than Govt office. I called up 50+ times, 90% of the time phone was ringing and no one was picking up. 8% time phone was busy and only 2%(Once) time I was able to get to the executive, who cannot do anything except telling you if it is shipped or not. He cannot even cancel your order if you are unhappy.

TimTara terms says that if order is not yet shipped, you can cancel & get the refund within 7 days But practically, It has been two days they have not even confirmed that they are cancelling my order.

I want them to either dispatch my order immediately OR refund my money & cancel the order.

My order number are 10182159, 10181895 and 10182101.

I think one should avoid timtara at any price.
