Throughout my order (#100373116) a dedicated and knowledgeable professional kept me updated about the status of the order and worked with me to lower shipping costs and re-package even after the order was placed. The items, which looked even better than the photos arrived ahead of the delivery estimate. The packaging was superior and it was clear that a lot of care and material was used in it.
I have never shopped at an e-commerce site which offered this much personalized attention to an order.
