We purchased an Apple IPOD 4 months ago which has not been delivered yet. On calling the customer service, they REFUSE to transfer the call to their senior manager and keep promising that charges will be reversed. Initially they said that the IPOD is out of stock and will deliver it. Now they say that the charges will be reversed. This has been going on for 4 months now. My question is - How do we get our money back? Should not this website be banned and the owners be put behind bars? They have cheated so many customers and are still continuing to do so.
My sincere advice to all is not to fall for their cheap, gimmicky advertisements and discounts which are nothing but a trap. Its shocking to see the numerous people who have been cheated by this fraudulent site. My final plea - we want a solution for getting charges reversed. And also to spread the word that do not purchase anything from this website whatsoever.
