I got my money back from timtara finally by just calling my bank and raising a dispute for the charge stating that they had not delivered the product. 1 sure shot way of getting your money back from Timtara. Nothing else worked. I sent more than a thousand emails, believe it or not and made more than a hundred calls, total waste.
Finally this worked. Dont wate your time talking with them, just call your bank.
