Timtara.refund.fake assurance.even I had faced all these things, and was very frustrated what to do, where to go. Complained Akosha, Consumer forum etc. but no help and no response except a mail stating "thank you for ur registration, your complaint no is XXXX". But, qstn is how this fraud is so prevalent? why such ppl escape easily, the answer is we all.

We just don't want to do anything, not try doing things by our own self, for everything we need an "Anna Hazare" type of person. Even when I asked everyone who has faced this issue and is known to mouthshut, to send me a copy, so that I can proceed and take any legal action, only a few turned up. We are afraid and we will always be afraid for no reason.

And today I have won against timtara, and within 16 mins(unbelievable), I got my refund back, and now I am helping all those who helped me won against timtara. Valid testimonials are available with all of them now and I am very sure, they too will win against these fraud.

So I would suggest, wake up as an Indian, just help each other, one might never know, where and when in life we may have to deal with each other.

I myself is an cheated customer of timtara loot regime. In my endeavor to stop this nonsense of online fraud, I approached the local cyber crime cell and explained them the whole case of fraud done by timtara. I was able to convince them, so now, they are asking for some more 10-15 cases of such fraud done by timtara so that an FIR can be lodged against, timtara team and they can be put behind bars.

In case you trust me, plz send the following to my mail id(in a zipped folder):

1. Online billing/invoice sent to you when you did the payment.

   
   




2. Your Bank payment confirmation, can be anything like stmt from bank of amount debited.

   
   

3.Your address details with valid phone number

1. The conversation/follow up mails with timtara for product delivery/refund that has gone in vain.

PS: Order booking/cancellation must have been 20 days old.
