I am Rahul Agarwal. I placed an order in Timtara.com on the 18th of Oct 2012 (Order no. 10340688 - Apple iPhone 4 16gb) & I regret to say this but it has been a very sad phase since than. The customer care executives do not provide proper information. Infact most of the executives speak very rude (This is just not acceptable). As per my call with one of the executives on 25th or 26th Oct, I was promised I will get the product delivered by 31st of Oct 2012 (which ofcourse did not happen).
Later I was promised I will get the product delivered by 8th of Nov & I will receive a confirmation email 2 days before the delivery date (I should have received the mail by now, but I'm still waiting for the mail confirmation). And as per my latest discussion with one of the executives named Naina, I will get my product only by 21st of Nov 2012. I have called the customer care atleast 10 times till now & everytime the executive promises me stating they will arrange a call-back from the concerned department. Have not received a single call from your end till date. This has been the worst service ever provided to me by an Online website.
The timeline given in the website clearly states the product will be delivered by 10 to 15 working days, therefore I should have got my product by NOW. But again, as per one of the executives even Saturday is a non-working day. (Are they kidding me?) Considering Saturday also to be a non-working day, I was hoping the product to be delivered by 8th of Nov 2012. But have received no confirmation from them. Please help!
