I am a recident of Bangalore and I have been observing many negative reviews about TIMTARA.COM. In my opinion, they are making good business by taking huge amount of people's hard earned money, reaping huge interest on them. and finally refunding(if at all) the amount after 2-3 months.
So dear customtakeouters, please dont stay quiet just by getting the refund. You MUST get the interest in the least and the Timtara Team is liable to give penalty charges as well!
They NEVER respond back to emails/calls. Following is my e-mail conversation with them which will be a proof for their deceit in the court of law.

To my utter dismay, they are just swallowing the customtakeouter complaints without taking ANY action. More horrible part is that their website is STILL flaunting about great offers to lure more and more customtakeouters. That should be stopped and penalised by the government.There have been many poor customtakeouters who have risked a whole lot of money and still not getting their products delivered.
Has anybody EVER received ANYTHING from timtara(even after 6 months!)?
Do they have any representative in Bangalore - I'm sure the answer will be a big NO:(
I am tired of writing and calling them and have decided to not to call them anymore(Or else the call charges will exceed my order amount). I dont have any other option other than to wait and watch.
Please suggest how to file a lawsuit against this fraud.
Updating the post here(8th June 2012):
On 18th May 2012, I raised a complaint ticket(#23160) with timtara:
It has been 25 days since I placed my order. Please let me know when will the product be delivered. Or else please cancel this order and process the refund. Reply back and confirm either of the above options.
Still No Response!
Once again I updated the ticket on 30th May with this:
Hello Timtara Team! Please provide an update on this order. Its not ethical on your part to swallow the customtakeouter's money without even responding back to any queries! Please do respond back on this.
This time fortunately I received a response:
