This review is not so much about the product as it is about the Service from the TIMEX Service Centre and Mr. Shivraj in particular.
I've had a TIMEX IRONMAN TRIATHLON(INDIGLO) since 1994 and this is perhaps the one of the first TRIATHLON models with INDIGLO launched in India. This watch is special to me since it had been gifted by my parents when I did well in my Class X boards. in other words, this was the first watch that I’d “earned”.
I’d got this watch repaired last year from a TIMEX service centre in Andheri & it started malfunctioning again with the same problem recurring.
I took it to various service centres who didn’t accept it and kept on dilly dallying with flimsy reasons. Finally, in desperation I put a mail to the TIMEX IDs(custservice@timexindia.com, feedback@timexindia.com) and was pleasantly surprised to get a call the very next day from Mr. Shivraj who asked me to hand over my watch at TIME FACTORY, Borivali.
I did so and within a couple of days I got the watch back working perfectly well. Amazing customer service I must say. This is what is called CUSTOMER DELIGHT.
Kudos to the entire TIMEX SERVICE CENTRE team and Mr. Shivraj in particular.
