I Anadinath Sharma has subscribed to the “ Step Ahead” service on 16 Feb 2013 ( order No 238496)
I had been ensured by the representative name Ms Rajni that my resume will be forwarded to companies and consultants to get the job according to my profile, but until now I had receive no intimation to which companies and consultant my resume has been forwarded to. Also there is no response from any consultant or company so far.
I called to customer care on 6th April 2013 to make a complain about the same for which the customer care representative refused and asked me to wait for another 48 hours for the reply. In turn I received the below mail from representative name Mr Amandeep. But still not mentioned to which companies my resume had been forwarded and response is zero.
Please don't subscribe to this service ever.
