Stepahead(Timesjobs.com) Services are biggest online scam in India. Be aware about it. Never pay a single penny for anything in name of getting job to timejobs.com. I am been cheated approx Rs. 29, 000/- by them in name of getting job. Believe me! it's 100% fraud! Let me tell you in brief:
I update my account at timesjob.com in month of November 2015, for getting new job opportunities.
After 2 days I got call from landline number(0120-4912420) for purchasing of resume zapper services(Rs. 1650) and Profile highlighter(Rs. 530); which I think a genuine service and can be purchased as we will get benefits for this. Finally I purchase this service in end of November month .
After few minutes of purchasing, again a call came from same landline number. A executive told me that one interview is their, you will get the job, be confident while attending the call. He transfer the call to another executive(Prashant). Prashant claims that he is from recruitment department of timesjob.com.
HE asked me to be online & to open the site stepahead.com. I do the same. He asked me to click on various links which I do as per instructions. Now at the end he ask me to click on the purchase button; Amount was approx 23, 000.
I denied to purchase it then he started traping me by offering job of higher package(7.5 lacs to10 Lacs). After listening so much lucrative offers, I got trapped. Ultimately I paid amount of more than 23, 000. After this he said that you will get the call from HCL for telephonic round & final offer letter with in 15 days.
After 15 days I got call from Prashant again, now he told me that your profile is incomplete and now you need to buy more services to complete your profile. Again same procedure(Be online, .Purchase). Amount was again 8000.
After hot discussion, I agreed to pay 4000 as I am supposed to get job of 8 lacs in next 2-3 days.
8. So total Approx 29000 I have paid in name of getting job.
Now actual fraud comes, when some body calls from(0120 - 4912400); account department of times jobs and he claims that he is from refund department.
HE told me that you can claim all refund by paying service tax of this amount and amount is 7380. Once you will paythis amount all 29000 will be paid back to you with in 2 hr. I ask him to deduct 7380 amount from 29000 and give me refund. He said it is not possible asit is total internal matter.
When I told him that you are doing fraud he started traping on me by giving a fake mobile number of javed from laxminagar(9811091026) and told me that he has also received refund. You can confirm the same. I know this was trap.
now after 20 minute he calls me back their was hot arguments between me and fraud executive. HE cut the call.
It has been a more than a month no call from theier side. Today i.e on 30 Decemebr I take the foolow up from Prashant by dialaing the same landline number, he told to me that you will get addressed by my side after 15 jan. till then nothing can be done!
Verdict: Chor saale! they are playing with our sentiments for getting job. And they are enjoying with our hard core money. Dont pay any amount to timejobs.com!
