Recently I had a terrible experience with “Times Packers and Movers” while shifting my household and car from Delhi to Bangalore. I had ordered for a dedicated container type truck so that my household items are delivered within 6-7 days without any damages and I had paid premium amount for it. For 15 days they were not able to tell me any whereabouts my household and car. It looks they were not able to trace it themselves. I got scared while they stopped taking my calls. Then I started enquiring from owner of the company @ Calcutta. Only after then I got my stuffs and car after 21 days.
While I try to discover the reason of delay I came to know that they have done part shipment and kept my household at Delhi for 15 days, which has resulted serious damages to my household items and car. On top of it they have stolen a number of articles. They have literally done black mailing in last and asked me to first pay balance money at their office only and then take my car. I left with no option other than pay the amount. I have not been compensated for missing and damaged items. With this horrible experience I suggest please never take any service from Times Packers and Movers.
