I joined TIme education in Jun 2008 after hearing so much about their faculty and test series. But the faculty first of all is not that great. There are only 2 teachers one for Math and other for LR which are good. But their Staff is not at all reliable. When you go for first time to seek information they raise your expectations so high after telling so many good things about the institute but later you realise those were all lies.
Their logistics and planning for the classes is also very poor. Now when the GD/PI classes have started, I get sms of the class after the class has taken place. Then get another sms, which says that the next class has been canceled. When I call them nobody answers the phone. One week later I get to know they have shifted their center. Next weekend I get an sms about the class but my center has been changed. When I call to complain the staff shouts at me that I did not attend the first class so they have removed me for that batch. And this rule has never been communicated to us that for GD/PI if you do not attend the first you are removed from that batch. And they also pass a remark saying that till now you have not got a call from any of the institutes. So what I should not bother? I have paid such high fees of TIME from my own salary.
In the beginning also when I had written email to TIME Kailash colony center complaining about unprofessional behavior of the staff they replied saying that the center manager will meet me. When I went to meet him, he never showed up. Till date I have never seen his face. They also messaged us to register for a session with Ulhas Vairagkar, I did register and it has been 6 months but the session never happened. And the staff always fails to give any logical answers for any problems.
Further, there are no counselors or counselling sessions gives. In the so called special workshops those topics are taught which are part of regular class room coaching. I will not recommend anyone to join TIME.
I can go and on about the difficulties that students face in the classrooms. The classes are held in one basement room, when there is an AIMCAT, 100 students are cramped in class for 50 students, the Air Conditioning is faulty and water is leaking from it. Isn't a well maintained classroom with proper furniture a pre requisite? Their fees is so high but their service is of very quality. I would say it's better to study on your own than join any of these centers.
