I have had broadband connections from various operators over the last 6 years. However, what I experienced with Tikona is outstanding.
I raised an issue a few days ago and I was in constant touch with one Mr. Ankith Parab. He was very patient and diligent as far as following up on my issue and availability for a call was concerned.
And this morning, he called twice to ensure that the issue was resolved. I am truly delighted with the quality of knowledge support, and most importantly, his sense of customer support. Never before have I experienced such customer care.
