Using TIKONA internet since last seven months or more is issues they send bill by SMS some by mail asking collection from home call extra charge on bill payment last the person from TIKONA collect my full bill amount and SMS received Rs 400/- only still balance last added to this month bill and asking to pay full amount also no receipt issuing on time of payment.
Second network live very poor customer call not receive call kept auto computer system very big problems to complaint on customer call. And TIKONA not have any it own outlet or gallery in city.
