Worst in handling customer request and queries. Call them, mail them do what ever you can they wont fix issue. I bought the service because its cheap and the data speed was way better then the competitive private network providers.
The network went good for 1 month and post that the speed started degrading and finally the whole network was down and no-one cared to fix it for next 3 weeks despite my multiple complains.
