I was using tikona service in 2012. Most of the times the network is down and no eta for the same. Most of the time the customer care number is busy and will have to wait atleast half an hour to get a representative online. Also the charges for plan is bit overpriced compared to another service provider.
You have to pay Rs 1000 as deposit which is committed to be refundable when you disconnect the service but you will never get it. If you get a plan of 4mbps you actual get speed of 512kb. I suggest people to either check other provider plans and reviews before going for tikona.
