I am a Tikona Digital network subscriber for almost 5 years for my internet related needs. I must say that Tikona is a good concept but as far I am concerned I am least satisfied with its services and the way its support handles the complaints.
There is not a single day when I do not face disruption in connectivity after every half an hour or so and in some cases even more frequently. I know they have tower related problems so I wait for signals to come back but when the connectivity issues increase and I lose all my unsaved work that is hard to tolerate.
Now, when I try to contact the service provider and keep listening to their recorded message for long time that all their support officers are busy gives a true picture about their service and number of complaints.
In most cases their support provides a false assurance or the rare visits of their engineers make nothing difference on the service quality. Would you believe the last technician suggested me that the problem I was facing was due to corrupt “Windows?”
I am sure the company will do something soon to save its business and provide a better service to its customers.
